This years, 2012, GUIDED HALIBUT TRIP regs are: One fish per day 45" or less OR one fish per day 68" or bigger.  A 45" fish is between 45# and 50#.  A 68" fish is 160# plus.  On your self guided trips it is still 2 fish per day any size.
